Bamboo Floor Gallery offers to the original purchaser a Lifetime Structural Manufacturer Warranty and 5-years Finish Warranty on all our Bamboo Flooring Planks under normal usage conditions, with proper maintenance, and when floor has been installed in accordance with the Bamboo Flooring specification guidance and the installation instructions furnished for the product. As the original purchaser of our Bamboo flooring products, you'll not only enjoy exceptional beauty, but also the peace of mind that comes with our Pledge of Quality. The Proof is in the Performance. Pre-Installation Warranty: The Bamboo Floor you purchase is guaranteed to meet the best quality standards. Your installer should inspect each Bamboo Flooring plank for finish, color and other quality issues before installation. If not 100% satisfied, you just return not installed, uncut plank, and we will replace it at no cost to you. Wear-Layer System Warranty: Bamboo Floor Gallery warrants that Bamboo Flooring Pre-finished Surface will not wear through or separate from the bamboo for a period of full five years from the date of original purchase under normal residential traffic condition, and when reasonable precautions are taken to protect the floor finish from unusual abuse. We will replace any defective planks, if pre-finished surface wear through in the warranty period. Lifetime Structural Warranty: Bamboo Floor Gallery issues a Lifetime Structural Manufacturer Warranty on all Bamboo flooring engineered planks, in their original manufactured state, to be free from defects in material, lamination, and assembly for lifetime. Bamboo Floor Gallery further warrants that Bamboo Flooring, which manufactured in accordance with accepted industry standards, will not delaminate, separate, buckle or cup as a result of a manufacturing defect, when the floor is professionally applied in accordance with the installation instruction provided for the product, when utilized under normal condition, maintained according to the guidance, and used for its intended purpose. As a condition for the Warranties to have effect, the installation and maintenance of the Bamboo Floor instructions must be followed. Warranty Exclusions: This warranty is valid only to the original owner of the flooring, and if the owner can provide an original proof of the Bamboo Floor purchase. Warranty does not cover materials with visible defects after they are installed.
