RETURN · EXCHANGE POLICY

Prior to purchasing the Bamboo Flooring we recommend you to obtain a Sample of the product for accurate visual examination. Bamboo Floor Gallery goal is to provide our customers with superior quality products and ensuring that you receive the Order in perfect satisfactory condition. We want you to be happy and pleased with your purchase. If for some reason it is necessary to return part of your order, you may return it for exchange or refund excluding any shipping charges within a period of 7 days after receiving your Order. Proof of purchase is required. Please retain your Invoice and Delivery receipt.

Terms and Conditions of Return · Exchange Policy:

Return · Exchange Policy effective for 7 days period upon receipt of the Order by Customer. No Refunds or exchanges will be made after 7 days period of receiving the Order.
COLOR VARIATIONS ARE A NATURAL OCCURRENCE, AND NOT A PRODUCT DEFECT.
The installer must carefully inspect each bamboo flooring plank for finish, color and quality before the floor installation. It is the responsibility of the installer to inspect and acclimatize the flooring planks before installation. Replacement must be requested before the floor is installed. No Return or exchanged after floor installation. Any floor materials installed with obvious defects will not be warranted and exchanged. Replacement of defective plank (if occurs), must be requested before the floor plank is installed. Bamboo Floor Gallery will match the shipping method and pay for shipping on replacement of defective item.
We exclude all defects that occur through improper storage, floor installation, maintenance or usage (such as insufficient furniture protection, high-heel shoes, water damage, negligence, and abrasive cleaning substances or methods).
Boxes not opened, in original factory-sealed packaging and original condition may be exchanged or refund. Boxes - open or installed not covered by Return Policy, and will not be accepted for return.
Shipping charges on returned floor products are the customer's responsibility; please ship your returns back to us freight prepaid to the original point of dispatch. For your protection, we strongly recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case of loss or damage. Please use a carrier that is able to provide you with proof of delivery. Bamboo Floor Gallery cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please do not put any stickers, labels or write anything on the original manufacturer's package (box).
No refunds or exchange on moldings and other accessories.
All Returns require an authorization number. Please send E-mail at orders@bamboofloorgallery.com or call Customer Service Line at 1-201-724-1087 for RPA number (Return Product Authorization). The following information should be provided: customer name, invoice number, and the reason for the return. No products will be accepted for exchange or return without authorization number. Please be advised that an RPA number does not guarantee final disposition. All returns are subject to inspection. The decision to replace or refund remains at the sole discretion of Bamboo Floor Gallery.
The Customer's payment will be refunded in form of received payment, upon receipt of the goods and inspection as to their suitability of original condition.
Claims Policy: Please carefully inspect the contents and condition of your Order upon Delivery. If you encounter some problems indicating of improper handling of your Order or you are missing the proper quantity of materials, please make sure to write note about that on the Delivery Receipt, and immediately inform the Bamboo Floor Gallery. It will be necessary to contact the carrier and keep the materials in question for carrier inspection to receive the compensation. All packaging and Delivery receipt must be retained until the problem has been resolved.
