Once you have the Name of the Carrier and the Tracking number, we suggest you to contact the carrier to set up the delivery appointment. You should expect delivery up to your door or inside of your garage; however you have to be prepare to offload the materials, so plan accordingly. For those who would prefer to pay for the convenience of having the materials offloaded by the carrier, Lift gates are available, and prices are varying according to the carrier. If you decided to request a lift gate, additional fee will apply, and you will be obligated to cover this fee. When the day of your scheduled delivery arrives, it is recommended to contact the carrier again to confirm the appointment, and find out additional information you may need.
